****** SECURITY COMPANY
Fellow black people, this security company is very discriminatory. They target poor black people and treat them like dirt, like they are nothing. At Sandton City for example, when yoh are black, yoh sit by the foodcourt and buy a drink, charge your phone they will come up to you and tell you cameras have detected that you have stayed for too long. Then you look beside you or infront of you there's an Indian or white person thag you found there, he hasn't ordered anything, they don't say or do anything to that person, then you ask yourself what is this, and you try to comment they bring in a white superviros to come and support them One black boy came from KZN to wait for me at Sandton city, he just got off the bus took a taxi he was carrying two school bags, they didn't even allow him enter the mall, they say bags are not allowed, but you see rich people, you see white people mostly entering with bags, no one does anything to them. They when you buy food from checkers you go and seat at the foodcourt and eat, they tell you they want to see a receipt from one of the restaurants, not checkers, I ask myself people who buy from Checkers where must they go ear Follow ow black brothers and sisters, please let's gather and protect each other against this company which hires mostly blacks who they remote control into treating fellow blacks safe. Now I have young people who don't want to go to that mall anymore because as long as they are black, they are not free in the mall, they once bought KFC to the value of R530, then bought two cokes from shoprite and breads, after they ate, 30 minutes later security came and told them they have been sitting for too long they must go, why? This company has got a problem of ******, I stay in Morningside, I come here every day to eat at times chill and snack, I see how they treat black people and how they don't bother the whites. Is very sad, because as long as yoh are poor and black, you will always be a target I BEG ALL THE BLACK PEOPLE TO. NOT GIVE SNY TENDERS TO THIS COMPANY BECAUSE DOING SO YOJ ARE ENCOURAGING THEM. TO. CONTINUE MISTREAT YOUR OWN BROTHERS AND SISTERS. THEY ARE EVIL, TRUST ME, I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE AND WTINESSES MORE LIKE VICTIMS. Hellopeter protects ********s
<div>Greetings users I don't know if I woll be the first person to review hellopeter on hellopeter. My problem is that I reviewed a business called *********************. Then apparently the owner contacted hellopeter they removed my review, how I don't know. It simple means hellopeter is protecting a ******** ***** ****** who is selling ***** in his guest house, I slept there, with 14 other people who can witness, but his word was enough to get hellopeter to remove a review, the same man who was able to ***** police officials into not acting against him, so does this mean he ****** someone at hellopeter? Let us not protect ***** with ***** here. You never stayed there I did, I'm reviewing based on facts not opinions. I was there, I witnessed, and I have 14 other witnesses, so you are now telling me that the word of one man is enough to discredit 14 witnesses some of which are kids, why would they lie? There's a record that shows we called the police to the property 3 times, why would that be a lie or breach. It means anyone can do crime in their business and then get their reviews removed on hellopeter, this is wrong.</div>

Cherif Osonga, Platinum Eagle Guest House
Greetings beloved people I just wanted to warn people against using this Guest House called Platinum Eagle Guest House. First of all, if it ever happens yoh go there, make sure you check if anything is broken before even sleeping even if you are there for short time. Secondly, be there at own risk. The owner is a Congolese gentleman named Cherif Osonga, people he is bad news. To start with, you will pay and never get a receipt. I went in there with soccer players, they were in there for atleast 2 weeks. He gave us 3 rooms for all the ***s. Then in one of the room there was a chair which I tried to sit on, then I realized it was broken already. So one of the ***s didn't see it was already broken, he tried to sit then the seat fell in, I told him not to worry the chair was broken. Then in another room there was a broken mirror, and he claimed it was not broken. So what happened is that when we were about to leave we had to pay him the remaining balance ontop of that balance he added more money for those broken things without even making quotations. Guys the r man is very desperate and will do anything for money. Our balance went up, we tried to dispute it and we called the police to assist but guess what, they are in his pocket, they arrive he laughed with them and they left without doing anything. He also has a tendency of threatening people, he calls big ranking police officials from Sandton police statikn, moffatview and many more, and he tells them straight that he will bring their share the their offices. Let me tell you something, we ended up paying everything because he had kept the bags and phones of kids. Then when they went to collect them, their things were missing soccer boots missing, but since we know that the nearest police station n is where he operates his *******ion I told the ***s to not bother because one day he's gonna meet his match. If you go sleep there, then you must know it's at your own risk. The gentleman whag he does is he Google your name, if yoh have let's sad a bad story or any negative comment written about you, he uses that to ********* you whether is true or not, I ahve all his messages on my phone Let's not go deep into the act that at night they bring in **********s or whatever they call them, let's not talk about the one night I saw exchange of drugs thersz let's leave he fact that he brought in 6 Congolese guys to come and threaten me just so he can prove a point that he is connected to the bad people. Looking at the fact that we stayed there for two weeks but we only have a receipt for one day that's the day the ***s were collecting their things. He says he's big and no cop can touch him, and he refers to me as a small ***. The guest house is located at 68 praire street in rossetenville, if you ever sleep there, or have a problem in there, don't bother calling moffatview police station, trust me he's well connected there, we witnessed it and it didn't end well for us This is the only platform where people can know. Because according to him he is above the law, and guys he's not a member of fedasa so he does as he pleases. And trust he he is above the law coz I contacted different police officials and he showed me that indeed I am a small *** as he said and no cop can touch him, he's a foreigner on top of that and hold our South African cops by the *****, but I always tell people this, every dog has its day and his day is coming. Just avoid that guest house at all costs, I doubt is gonna be there for long.

CAPITEC PATHETIC AND BAD SERVICE
Greetings once again South Africa I'm still having a problem which you will never understand until capitec bank starts doing it to you. I posted here last week regarding my current experiences and let me ask you if you are aware of the following: 1. Did you know that if someone deposit money in your capitec account, whether by mistake or purposefully so, and then report your account to capitec, your account woll be blocked for more than 2 weeks for fraud investigations? In that time, ask yourself this- What will your children be eating, how will you be getting to work, how will you be meeting ends meet, now remember this also, capitec had milions of clients they don't care whether they loose you as a client, they have more clients than any other bank so what is 1 client No, are you prepared to go through all this, are you prepared to eat b your children suffer? Right now it hasn't happened to you hence you won't understand or feel the pain 2. Are you aware that even if you send yourself money from your other account repeatedly so, and capitec feels the need to investigate they block your account without anyone reporting, I am a forex trader, my account with capitec always had large amounts, and as we speak, I can use the little that's in thag account because capitec blocked it since last week. I have children, they are starving every day, rent is overdue, today is the 15th, my policies are meant to be debuting and that's not gonna happen. Listen to me, whatever you do, change your salary bank, do not let your salary go into capitec because the day it's blocked you will remember me. They can block R2000 because of R50, that's what they do, they don't care. Also how sad for all this BLACK consultants working at capitec, they are used to oppress black people because white people just see every black person as a suspect and not white enough to have ex amount of money in their account The sad part is that once your account is blocked, and you decide to go into the branch, the branch will tell you they can't do anything because it's with forensics, but then they tell u to visit your nearest branch. People this is not a joke, this is rather very serious. Since my account was blocked I have not been able to do anything, I haven't been able to sleep. I even said to them, ohk to you say there's a R700 complaint against my account, but you can see the account has been ranging in thousands of monies, so you are given the permission to block that R700 or whatever while you investigate and release the rest of my Monies, they are ignoring that. Also bare in mind what this banks do, while your account is blocked, they take your money and invest it into the stock markets, while you waiting for it, it's busy earning them interest, so while your life and your family's lives are at risk they are enriching themselves I have reported this issue to different stake holders, I'm just waiting but I woll sue this bank not just in the court of law, I woll gather all the victims and we will have the court of public opinion, which matters a lot, and one way of the other, everyone who had ever suffered in the hands of capitec will get justice. Let me tell you this, no one is above the law, the banks are banks because of people and people's monies within those banks, so just because capitec bank feels they now have enough clients they can start taking advantage. And rember capitec most clients are black people, some of which are very disadvantaged so they know that and that's why when their apps aren't working they don't even have the decency to address the nation in a proper way. So. Wake up south Africa, I woll keep in touch. Today is over a week since my account is blocked, is over a week since inproclvided a detailed affidavit that they ask for, is over a week since I gave them a certified copy of the ID, it's over a week since I gave them everything they needed, the 24/48 hours that the consultants told me that it will take have lapsed. My phone recorded all conversations to be used as evidence.

CAPITEC BANK DESTROYING MY LIFE
Greetings people Guys capitec bank is taking advantage of thr fact thag mosg of its clients are black people and mostly disadvantaged. This bank is really exploiting us. As we speak my account is blocked because apparently there's too many transactions being made in between accounts. They are accusing me of fraud, because I have sent money from my own discovery account to my Capitec account too many times, how has that become fraud when a man send money to himself. They claim thag someone complained about R700 or she sent to me, and R125 x 2 that was sent to me, but there's no record of such transactions, and even if there was why would they block over R9000 just because of that. I write an affidavit telling them. I have no knowledge of such and thag if that's the case they must block whatever money is in question and release the rest but they are choosing to block everything. They told me to go to the police station to write a detailed affidavit I did so, then to send slcerrified copy of my ID I did so. What this bank is doing is making my children suffer. My kids didn't go to school, they had no money for transport, imagine your child telling you to not forget to send money for supper, now you ahve to explain how capitec has blocked your account to your kids They had no reason to block the account because they can't even provide details of the complainanttheres no actual police case that has warranted them to block my account, it's very shocking and amazing indeed. It makes no sense at all. They are destroying my life as we speak, I don't even know what to do and might be kicked out of my place where I stay. I'm considering the media and also legal action. They are taking advantage of the fact that I'm young and black.

Alesandra Scola and Burmain Properties unprofessionalism
Greetings everyone I am writing this review with great sadness of the services received from Burmain Properties and their agent Alesandra Scola. I saw a house advertised at property 24. Loving the property I contacted the agent incharge of it. She agreed that we meet and I see the property. On the day we met it was myself, my young man and business partner. As we arrived we waited for the owner who arrived to open. A very funny thing happened: The owner of the property didnt seem to have a single key to the house. The front door had to be broken into, the back door had to be broken into, like we didnt know what was happening but because the property was let out by a reputable agency, Burmain properties we didnt worry as much because we are sure they did proper vetting of everything. We loved the property, and we applied for it. I was the person incharge of the application from the beginning however there was two ladies assisting with paperwork to obtain the property. The agent agreed to everything and also agreed that I will be the one responsible for payments The day we moved into the property it was exciting until the first day I was informed that there was no water, something that the agency should have checked. The was no water in that property for 6 full days and kids had to go to school and coudlnt because there was no water, toilets couldnt flush, like it was just hell of a struggle. After 7 days the water problem was resolved, then the owner since promised that 7 days earlier that he will fix the motor of the gate, clean the swimming pool, clean the garden, fix the lights in the house, none of that was done. The agent had kept quite, 34 days passed and all those issues were never attended to, and at some point we informed Alesandra Scola who kept telling us that those issues will be attended. What is funny is that before we moved in she said we have to pay deposit and rent which we paid all of it totalling R31500. Then with all paid our issues were never attended, bare in mind all this payments came from my account. then the next month we delayed with the rent that when the agent and the landlord started talking threatening to throw us out for breaching a contract, we told them that they are in breach first, then she kept threatening us this Alesandra Scola lady from Burmain. So we decided to pay the rent but before we paid one of the legal tenant told her to cut her out of the lease, I told her that this is the last payment and she must informed the landlord that he must prepare our deposit. She never did that. Now the month ended we want our deposit the owner doesnt have the money. He had used the money meant to be put in a trust as a damage deposit, his house was in better condition than he gave us. So not I was surprised the agent was adamant in not letting the owner give us deposit and claimed we never make a notice but we did and she had the guts to tell us to use the deposit by staying this month. So he knew the deposit was eaten. The very same agent wanted to milk us more money said we must pay R2500 for speaking to the land lord to extend the lease, I refused coz I saw she was taking advantage. I contacted her head office and spoke to some man called archie who promised to resolve the matter, he asked for all documents proof of payments and I gave him then since he went quite. Now they want us to pay rent and we cant we are in that property waiting for our deposit, we had to pay the deposit before moving in they must now pay back our deposit before we move out. People, its been more that 45 days the swimming pool is still not fixed, the gate motors are not working, the lights globes have not been fixed, theres not even a dustbin in that property. This agent is a liar, and saying it Alesandra Scola is a liar who protects landlord and is not doing her job properly but shes very good with threatening people, thats her speciality. Now she keeps telling me to remove the review I made, and I never made any review this is the first one am making and am going to go to twitter to make burmain trend until our issue is resolved. And further more she never gave us our copy of the lease. On the day she did the inspection she told the gentleman who was at the house that she will email the lease which she never did, but then told the gentleman she did. the gentleman was surprised two months later when Alesandra asked for the email to send the lease which she claimed she sent, when the gentleman asked her which email address she used to send the lease at first she didnt respond and started fighting with the gentleman because she very quick to fight she think she is above the law and the Archie gentleman who says is her manager or CEO didnt do a thing about it and doesnt seem to care. To them is all about profit and commission. The landlord was ready to give our deposit and Alesandra Scola came with her useless excuses that a notice was never given but shes the one who told me that the one tenant is out. Now here is a basic understanding, in most cases to rent a property you have to ern 3 times the rental amount, so if two people have a combined income of R60k+ and one pulls out it means the one on her own doesnt qualify because she doesnt earn the amount, so right there Alesandra knew all that but she thought we are small boys and cant do anything. Now we have been scammed here, and now shes again threatening to take the matter to give to her ceo so they can evict us but we not going anywhere without our deposit. On the day they coming we bring the papers to come and see their drama and expose them further I am tired of respecting this woman, she doesnt deserve a single respect, she tells us how shes a priest, a priest, a healer and all that, but she cant handle a simple lease agreement claiming to be trained to handle such, no. Oh further she threatened us about her cousin who is involved in some big organization and said he can make our lives difficult, I told her that the cousin has nothing to do with a lease agreement, this is not a family affair. If you are thinking of using Burmain properties via this agent, please think again. Thank you

AJ Telecoms unpaid salaries
As a client I noticed something in one of the sales person who came to see me . He is a good sales person who knows what he's selling. But it would seem the company doesn't treat the very same people who makes it money properly. They haven't be paid, Imagine having to give a sales person after he gave a powerful pitch. Why should we support a company that doesn't pay employees in this age and time?
