The service I got frm de lady who was helping frm first day was excellent, she is very patient, well spoken nd kind. They made m feel relaxed knowing dat help is coming nd am not alone in wat am going through. I gain hope again.
Hello peter please help me out, I bought a used car from Nissan Bethlehem on the 4th of March return the car on 8th March due to the problem of the car and condition, the car is Dutsan Go 1,2mid. The car radio does not play at all, the back seats is loose not stable keeps coming out when u drive and the gears becomes a problem to me, when you enter gear 1is very stiff and when u enter gear 2 the is a sound that comes out. I return the car to dealership on the 8th as was not happy at all and told the manager my situation and to terminate my contract with the bank. Because of the service I got there the first day and the condition of the car I don't want the car anymore. The day of collecting when I got there the car was not ready yet not on sales floor, they were still busy with the car moving it up and down fixing things. I had to wait till 4 for them to finish. I returned the car together with all the keys to dealership, when I hand over the keys to salesperson he said I didn't sign the contract with him, I must give the keys to the person who made me sign the contract, I then give both keys to finance person who left me and went to manager. On my out the manager said to me they gonna leave the car there and anything that happen to it they gonna put blame on me. Due to the bad service I got there and also the condition of the car, I don't want anything to do with them. They refuse to terminate the contract with the bank.
