Never buy second hand car from them. Living in the Western Cape,I bought a car blindly from them. What they told me about the car and what I got,was totally different from what I expected! How they got the car through roadworthy,only they will know. An absolute disgrace! I complained from within the first week after recieving the vehicle and even to Nissan SA! Never again!

Stay far away. Smooth and slick to get the deal done but once they have their money you get to see their true colors. Bought a vehicle that broke down within a month. Morgan Nissan Betlehem forced me to use an entire 90 k warranty to fix the car. I stated that I want to return the car as per the consumer act. They refused. Bought it back for a fraction and left me with a huge financial burden. One of the worst experiences I’ve been through.

Worst service ever,they don't communicate with you at all,my car is with them for a week already and nothing has been done...I'm so disappointed in they service ever...if only I had known,never would've bought my car from them.

Worst service. The Parts receptionist is clueless and inefficient. Ordered parts and two months later they are still on the backorder. When enquiring you are taken through the same process all over again. It's a tedious cycle!

We have order parts from The Morgan group Nissan Mitsubishi dealers in Bethlehem and had to pay for the parts before they delivery it. We **** the payment but did not receive all the parts. We phoned them and spoke to Johan Claasen who now refuse to pay us back the money that we over paid. The one part that was on the quote isn't even onbthe invoice but we paid for it.

My worst vehicle purchase experience ever , I dealt with Nissan on two occasions prior to this one and had great service , but this one I'd never recommend even to my worst enemy , I purchased a vehicle in November it broke down 2 weeks late , I told the dealer and they did not even bother to send anyone to check it as the vehicle was immobile and they were liable as it falls within the 6 month compulsory warranty they should give when purchasing a vehicle , because I was stranded I had to get the vehicle checked myself at own cost and when I purchased the car they assured me it was accident free now I see it was painted and poorly at that .

Hello peter please help me out, I bought a used car from Nissan Bethlehem on the 4th of March return the car on 8th March due to the problem of the car and condition, the car is Dutsan Go 1,2mid. The car radio does not play at all, the back seats is loose not stable keeps coming out when u drive and the gears becomes a problem to me, when you enter gear 1is very stiff and when u enter gear 2 the is a sound that comes out. I return the car to dealership on the 8th as was not happy at all and told the manager my situation and to terminate my contract with the bank. Because of the service I got there the first day and the condition of the car I don't want the car anymore. The day of collecting when I got there the car was not ready yet not on sales floor, they were still busy with the car moving it up and down fixing things. I had to wait till 4 for them to finish. I returned the car together with all the keys to dealership, when I hand over the keys to salesperson he said I didn't sign the contract with him, I must give the keys to the person who made me sign the contract, I then give both keys to finance person who left me and went to manager. On my out the manager said to me they gonna leave the car there and anything that happen to it they gonna put blame on me. Due to the bad service I got there and also the condition of the car, I don't want anything to do with them. They refuse to terminate the contract with the bank.
