My worst vehicle purchase experience ever , I dealt with Nissan on two occasions prior to this one and had great service , but this one I'd never recommend even to my worst enemy , I purchased a vehicle in November it broke down 2 weeks late , I told the dealer and they did not even bother to send anyone to check it as the vehicle was immobile and they were liable as it falls within the 6 month compulsory warranty they should give when purchasing a vehicle , because I was stranded I had to get the vehicle checked myself at own cost and when I purchased the car they assured me it was accident free now I see it was painted and poorly at that .
The quickest response I've ever gotten when dealing with a banking issue. Lucky Nqwenya the best customer service agent I've ever dealt with.

Applying for fibre with vodacom takes the longest time ever, i started the process before lockdown and when there is an issue the send you an email if you luck, they do not try resolve the issue . You simply need to give them a call and start the process from scratch and agents do not like open tickets that they did not start "I'll ask said agent to call you back" is the last thing you will hear so they basically operate in silos.

Netstar keeps charging me for services not rendered , when i sold my car i cancelled the tracking services and requested a cancellation , and have mails to prove it , but they keep sending me invoices and threatening to list me , I've contacted them multiple time and they keep saying they'll get back to me but never do, they just repeatedly send threats ,where and how do i report them. I will be in a casket before i pay them a dime. my reference with them is ref:1491772
I was a member of Virgin active Germiston branch and due to finacial constraints i had to cancel an on cancellation i paid a cancellation fee meaning the following month would not be deducted , which was not the case to my dismay and when i questioned it i was told someone would call me countless times as a way of telling me to leave and its the 3rd month still no call , and sir richard would have gotten me blacklisted if it was his money that was owed , so how fair is this and in principal that money would have gained interest in a bank so Virgin active is robbing me every month and costing me petrol every time i go enquire
<p> Took a badly hurt family member to this "public hospital " and at the back of my mind I was already planning to move them as soon as we knew what was going on , our case was handle by a Dr lana cronje and we got first class treatment all the way. She was very empathetic which helped calm us down and deal with the flood of emotions .I will never again feel that publics are much closer to the mortuary than privates .</p>
