Worst service ever,they don't communicate with you at all,my car is with them for a week already and nothing has been done...I'm so disappointed in they service ever...if only I had known,never would've bought my car from them.
Its almost a full year and im still waiting on my refund and mbd is refusing to pay my refund.I want my money .Standard bank and mbd must sort this out im now so sick and tired of this.
Mbd should just employ qualified people. I;ve been struggling since early this year with them.
its been 6 months already and i havent heard anything from standard bank regarding my refund. Ive sent number of emails but no reply from the so called people handlling my refund.This really is the worst bank ever.
Standard bank and Mbdcs,i am now really sick and tired of phoning up and down regarding my refund. Standard bank says ive been refunded,but Mbdcs says standard bank may reversals ..Please sort this out.
So, my checque account was in arrears as i wasn't working,then this year April 2021 i made payments into that account,without knowing standard bank handed me over. I phoned them requesting a refund with all my deposits as proof,its already July and i dont receive any communication.I always phone and get the same reply,that they will get back to me. Im honestly so frustrated with standard bank.They should appoint qualified people as this so unacceptable.
TFG surely is making money out of us,they charge you R20 for phone call charges,even though you didn't answer they call.Imagine if one answers them,they'd probably charge you more,they are crooks
So,i wanted to apply for a loan from Direct axis and ended up not taking the loan but now have a hospital plan with Hollard,after i told the lady i do not want one,but she said it was just a quote,I want all my money back for this and it must be stopped immediately.... I wonder how many other people you have done this to?
i called to ask fro a settlement letter and was told i would get it before end of business,the next morning,didnt get anything,phoned student services again and its just ringing and ringing,how frustrating...im just so sick and tired then they are quick to hand us over to collections...where will i get money now to pay that account?
i signed up for pricelock of R119.00 and every month my aacount is more then R900.00 what is going on there?i asked to transfer some of my credit that was on acc ********** to ********** 3,they transfer all my credit,now my sister must write a letter to transfer that credit back to me,when it was they error.I am really fed up this this service...it just shows that Dstv must have done this to alot of people who doesnt follow up on they accounts.
