The worst ever service i have ever received. From wrong script measurements on me and my husbands multufocal glasses. Bad bad quality glasses. No feedback or communication or updating of progress on re doing of the multifocals. Worst worst ever service. Hope management will be happy with such service being given to themselves or family. The coating on the glasses is of the worst quality. Messing with someones eyes by messing up their glasses is cruel. All management staff poor service. Staff at Menlyn was great. No apologies can rectify this wrong doing.
