STOP ADVERTISING SAME DAY DELIVERY IF YOU CANT DELIVER!
Absolutely USELESS!!!!! Cant pay for a service if there is no service! I would not use NetFlorist ever again! they have gotten to big to quick! Rather support a small business that actually cares about service delivery and getting to clients in time! How can Netflorist expect to Deliver an Item to a business address at 18:00 at night? And get ****y when you are not there, re schedule for the next day and its the same thing, pitching what time of the night after the business is already closed... Either get more drivers or prioritize business deliveries to be done before 5! OR DO NOT ADVERTISE SAME DAY DELIVERY IF YOU CANT DELIVER! Im still in shock about this experience and the last time was exactly the same! I hope this reaches the owner or a share holder in NetFlorist and I hope they can filter though these reviews and see that there is an actual problem within the business! If you dont have the correct people employed call me I can advise you on a few people that can fix your "one man band" business that is not working- Your consultants on the the phone is also pretty useless not even the live chat joke, that if you just take 30 sec longer to reply they cut you from the chat! But im guessing the owner already made his millions and does not give a **** anymore about his business...
