<div>I had an extremely disappointing experience with Prep2Perfection due to their lack of transparency and questionable business practices. The most concerning issue was the complete non-disclosure of key terms and conditions before I was effectively locked into an agreement. At no point were the full contractual terms clearly presented or explained. Instead, access to essential information was blocked behind links and gated steps that required agreement before I could even see what I was agreeing to. This creates a situation where customers are pressured into accepting a contract without being properly informed — which is both ********* and unprofessional. In addition, it was my clear understanding that I would receive a second invoice to review and pay manually. Instead, the amount was automatically debited through PayFast without proper clarification or confirmation that this would occur. This was never transparently communicated. I have formally requested a refund on this basis, as I did not consent to an automatic debit and was not properly informed of the payment process or the full contractual terms. A legitimate service should present all terms and conditions clearly, upfront, and in full before asking for consent or payment. Transparency is a basic expectation, especially when contracts and financial commitments are involved. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here. I strongly urge others to proceed with caution and ensure they have full written clarity before agreeing to anything.</div>

Not worth the price considering the Quality of material and workmanship. You can get 4 Woolies Sleepsuites for the same price and their quality is brilliant.

Accidental damage by Domestic pet Dog * you are not covered
I am sure that not a lot of people are aware of the following and would like to bring this under your attention. Might just spare you from dispair and a buck or two from your pocket! When your domestic pet dog damages your vehicle due to a rat inside the engine at night while you are sleeping and this being their reaction to get the rat out, Discovery will not pay for the damage however when not you domestic pet they will 🤔And then on another note 🤯when a rat eats away on your harness Discovery will pay for the damages which will be way more than the damage caused by your dog😳If only I knew the necessary precautions would have been done 😡 but this was not expected or planned! Been a client for many years and on Vitality diamond status, the repudiation of my claim came with great disappointment and I have lost all faith in Discovery☹️Definitely taking my business elsewhere and will take time to read all the fine print in future with competitive companies in the field - thank you
