**** to, rudely treated and no answers after two years - shocking service Virgin Active
After almost two years of trying to resolve a problem with my son's membership, the rudest email reply from someone called "YOLISWA" in escalations! No surname, no answers to our questions, no explanation of why we were **** to by the salesperson who told us we both had to sign on in order for my son to qualify for Discovery Vitality. Furious consumer.
