NOT A HAPPY COMMUTER
Drv 40919 Route 093B Bus 0 Jrny 645 Duty 3265 We have a problem with the lady driver who refuses to stop the bus in other bus stops and be able to stop and pick her favorite people who are not standing in bus stops. The lady has been doing this for sometime and even the time that the bus is coming in the morning we do not know as she decides what time that particular day she wants to come. she leaves people behind on the bus stop. her rudeness is affecting you commuters. please see to this.

Poor Customer Servive
I have sent a parcel with my son's belongings on the 26th of Feb from PE to George. Today is the 10th of March and still my parcel has still not yet arrived there. Tried tracking and contact PAXI but still I am not getting an answer. The lady that assisted me from PAXI whatsapp no. 'Vuyelwa' said she will contact the courier as soon as she hears something she will get back to me. I have requested from her to give me contact details of the courier company so that I could contact them myself but then she refused. I am dissapointed and will never use them again.
