I am still waiting for my order. I've placed the order on 15 September. Delivery would have taken place on 19 September. 19 September came and no delivery or any correspondence stating that delivery could not take place. On 20 September they rep**** saying they are behind on delivery and that delivery will take place 22 September guaranteed. 22 September came and no correspondence or delivery. There were a shortage of drivers. Then they promised to deliver on 26 September. Once again 26 September came and no delivery. For 2 days I've asked for feedback with no response. I've requested a refund on the 26th and have not received it as yet. This is looking like a ****. Please be aware!!!
I booked a flight through Edreams from Johannesburg to Manchester 20 Nov 2021 but due to Covid lockdown (3rd wave) my flight was cancelled. I requested a refund but up to date I have not received my money. I can get hold of them and the only communication is through a self services robot chat that does not give you any info. The App just say that it is pending airline authorization for 3 months now. No progress or communication. Would have given 0 stars if I could.
