M COMPLAINING ABOUT THE PHONE AGAIN THIS PHONE ARRIVED TODAY STILL NOT WORKING I TRIED CHARGING IT ITS NOT ON , SO GUYS PLEASE WHAT MUST I DO BECAUSE I WANT TO STOP THE CHARGES , THOSE GUYS ARE NOT SERIOUS ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS WANNA EXPOSE THEM TODAY THE PHONE IS NOT WORKING AND A PAY EACH AND EVERY MOTH NOW WANNA GO TO REPORT THIS ISSUE TO HIGH COURT BECAUSE THEY DON'T TAKE MY PROBLEMS SERIOUS AND THE PHONE IS TOO EXPENSIVE GUYS STOP BUY THE PHONE'S AT THEIR COMPANIES THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR ,SINCE I BOUGHT THE PHONE LSAT YEAR MARCH I DINT' EVEN USE THE PHONE THE COURIER ALWAYS COME AND COLLECT THE PHONE THAT IS NOT WORKING M TIRED ABOUT THIS POOR ISSUE PLEASE COME AND COLLECT YOUR PHONE AT MY PLACE BEFORE FRIDAY , I WILL COME TO YOUR OFFICE I WON' WRITE THIS AGAIN M TIRED OF YOU GUYS .

Hi guys i have a problem of my phone sumsung A 12 ,i was starting using this phone for only one week den the following week the phone was giving me a problem so i return it back to Fnb to fix it. den the courier came and collect the phone.and i pay each and every month the phone took 3 weeks to came back for three weeks no having phone and m a business man how can i work without not having phone guys, but every month they want money okay its fine . i was continue paying so courier came to delivering my phone back the phone is not working again m trying to call them they don't answer my calls so guys please need your advice in an emergency because even now the phone is not working i want to return it back they don't answer my calls but moth end they want money for a thing that m not using it just imagine so m tired of this phone . symptoms for phone is Hang/Freeze problem menu slow touch screen doesn't work there service is very poor, i want to return the phone back so need your advice.
