I ordered sandals on 20/11/2024, the tracking system is nit effective. I have sent 3 e-mails, the last one returned as e-mail address non-existent. ****MERS - STAY AWAY!!

I have been trying since the end of March to cancel a service for which the contract has already expired in 2016. I 1st went into our local MTN in the Kolonnade; then my husband went; but were told that we had to do it by e-mail. I have sent the 1st e-mail on 21 April 2023; got a response from Ashleigh Bell on 24 April 2023; submitted the required docs on 24 April 2023. The amount was however deducted again at the end of both April and May 2023. On 12 May I again received an e-mail from Ashleigh, to which I responded with the same requirements again on June 2, 2023, as I was overseas before that. I have since the 2nd of June had no response.
Bernadette Kok was brilliant - very efficient - in assisting me with Travel Insurance within 12 hours! And that without them having arranged my International travel. Thank you, much appreciated!

The worst service I have EVER received from any business in my lifetime. After having had our Medical Aid for years, I decided to change to Oneplan after VERY careful deliberation and extensive research. We have been accepted at the end of November 2021; but I expressly communicated that inception date should only be 01/01/2022; payment by EFT. I have sent POP of my 1st EFT payment on 31/12/2022; and received acknowledgement of receipt. I have expressly communicated in writing that our payments made will be by EFT; that we have VERY limited cellphone reception and as such, ALL communication should be done by e-mail. Apparently they tried to reach me telephonically several times; to sign certain exceptions; and because they could not reach me; cancelled the policy. At no stage did they however; refund the payment made; for which I obviously then had no cover. After paying the second payment by EFT and sending them Proof thereof; I was notified that the Policy was in fact cancelled, pending my signature (which they could suddenly do by e-mail). I then paid my 3d payment on 28/02/2022; received confirmation of receipt and requested my cards. However, on 5/3/2022; another payment (unauthorised) was deducted from my bank account. I have sent and was answered by whatsapp since then; but no refund has been done yet.(9 DAYS LATER) Furthermore I get NO RESPONSE to my question re my cards, which I have STILL not received.
