selling **** carpets
this guy is selling machine made carpets as hand made carpets and giving certificate for it. be careful. the company does not exist and was deregistered by sars, also the address is made up, so the certificate is not true.

Dont be fooled by the quick service, this is how you get taken for a ride. this guy is selling machined carpets as hand made. the company does not exist and was deregistered by sars. this also means the certificate is ****. i checked the address and it is incorrect. this guy is a **** and selling other peoples carpets. dont be fooled like i did. if you bought a carpet, get someone else to evaluate it and you will see its not handmade. go to the police and file a ***** case to get your money back. he will give you all types of excuses. I recently purchased a carpet from Sheyda Persian Carpets, and I am thoroughly disappointed with the quality and misleading representation of their products. I was specifically looking for a genuine handmade Persian carpet, which is what their salespeople promised me. However, after receiving my order, it became clear that the carpet I received was not handmade at all but rather a machine-made replica. I understand that machine-made carpets can be beautiful and functional, but the fact that Sheyda Persian Carpets misrepresented their product as a handmade item is completely unacceptable. The texture, the weave, and the overall feel of the carpet were all indicative of a mass-produced product, not something crafted by skilled artisans. The price I paid was far too high for a machine-made carpet, especially when I was led to believe it was a handwoven piece. I feel misled and cheated, and I wouldn't recommend Sheyda Persian Carpets to anyone looking for an authentic handmade Persian rug. Buyer beware: If you're expecting a true handmade carpet, look elsewhere. This company’s practices are highly deceptive and he will avoid your calls once you confront him.

Dont be fooled with **** handmade carpets
If you have purchased a hand made carpet from mark/nima, you probably were ****** as he is selling machine made carpets. If you have a certificate from him, the company does not exist and was deregistered by SARS, making the certificate null and void. His address on the invoice and paperwork is also ****, no one lives at that address. Dont be fooled by his talks and fast delivery, thats how he ****** me as well. I had an issue with one where the fold would not go away, he brought me an exact replacement, then i became suspicious, hand made carpets are unique and only have 1 in the world, confirming that these are machine made. If you have been ****** go to your local police station and file a case of *****. The guy he comes with in the small i10 is also working with him, dont trust them. The midrand police station is aware of this ***** now, so you can ask for Sargent Gloria Mathunsi or Officer Matsomane, tell them your story and ask them for help.

Makro is now selling expired products and dont care
Order placed on the 4th Sept. Cake mix expired in August already. Terrible terrible service and I'm extremely disappointed since I have been told this will take a week to resolve.

Makro doesn't value consumer business
I am always having issues when i purchase online, last 2 times i cancelled both my orders and have given another chance, and again, after paying nothing happens. I don't think you value or want our business, would you rather close down? PLEASE can you get my product delivered ASAP.

Useless customer service from Discovery
I have not been allocated point since Jan and there an error that says I reached my cap, yet I am only a fraction of my point. After waiting for days after logging a call I get told they can't help. Such usless service.

Makro doesn't care about our business
Its been more than a month, and I have received many emails stating that I must wait??? there has been no action or movement since my last complaint. I have stopped buying from you for this reason, and you have lost a 15 year loyal customer, but you just don care.

Always a problem supporting this brand
I placed 2 orders last week, still waiting on feedback, i get told the same thing, the order will definitely be delivered. and yet nothing. If you guys are not interested in our business, then you are the ones that will lose out.

Pathetic service for their system glitches and they don't care
I placed an order 4 days ago, there was an error on Makro side and the payment was not allocated to the order, I've been calling everyday and hear the same excuse, will get back to you, absolutely pathetic.
