Poor Service or ***** You Decide
After previous experience of them not having the actual book in stock and not disclosing that on their website. It is has become a nightmare to actually get refund from them. Stated refunds are only done on the 15th of the month regardless of when you request. Then fail to make payment by the 15th. Cannot get ahold of the finance department via telephone calls. Ignoring emails sent.

False advertising
Does not specify shipping lead times. When placing an order you have to personally follow up with them. Only to find out shipping is only 10 business days. Cancel your order you can only get your refund 2 weeks later. Do not respond to mails either. Would not recommend.

Cancellation process
Returned vehicle on Monday due to the vehicle not being in a proper condition and faults not stated on the dekra report. I am still waiting for them to let my bank know that the deal has been cancelled and still not receiving my deposit back or an indication of when I will be receiving my deposit. This is blocking me from buying a car elsewhere.
