“Unfortunately, my experience with this business has been disappointing. They made promises of student sponsorships that were not honored, which I found highly unprofessional. No communication from them after repeated follow-ups. I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. They make promises they cannot keep and leave students disappointed.”

The worst customer experience ever
Do not waste your time ordering from their website. They do not even send an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. They also fail to respond to messages sent through WhatsApp or email. The worst part is that I ordered an eBook, so no delivery was even required, yet there was still no response. When you call, the phone just keeps ringing, and when you finally manage to get hold of someone, they make empty promises - and then you are right back to square one. Rather order from Snapplify - they are far more reliable.

After previous experience of them not having the actual book in stock and not disclosing that on their website. It is has become a nightmare to actually get refund from them. Stated refunds are only done on the 15th of the month regardless of when you request. Then fail to make payment by the 15th. Cannot get ahold of the finance department via telephone calls. Ignoring emails sent.

Don't order online, when ordering from them, they don't say anything on website telling you that they are out of stock, I had to contact them after 7 days then only to be told it's out of stock, noe that I want to return the book I purchased I get no response, as the book contains nothing about the subject

Don't order online, when ordering from them, they don't say anything on website telling you that they are out of stock, I had to contact them after 7 days then only to be told it's out of stock, noe that I want to return the book I purchased I get no response, as the book contains nothing about the subject

False advertising
Does not specify shipping lead times. When placing an order you have to personally follow up with them. Only to find out shipping is only 10 business days. Cancel your order you can only get your refund 2 weeks later. Do not respond to mails either. Would not recommend.

If I could give no star rating I would, don't understand how others give 5 stars, they take your money when ordering, but don't say it's out of stock, I had to contact them after 7 days only to be told they waiting for stock to arrive, will not recommend
