The worst customer experience ever
Do not waste your time ordering from their website. They do not even send an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. They also fail to respond to messages sent through WhatsApp or email. The worst part is that I ordered an eBook, so no delivery was even required, yet there was still no response. When you call, the phone just keeps ringing, and when you finally manage to get hold of someone, they make empty promises - and then you are right back to square one. Rather order from Snapplify - they are far more reliable.

Don't use Ram
I'm really frustrated with my recent experience. There were four failed delivery attempts, and when the package was finally delivered, it was sent to the wrong address. Because of this awful service, I won't be ordering from Bash again. Their choice of courier service is unacceptable.
