I want to take this moment to appreciate the excellent customer service I received from Bakwena Motor Sales Gezina. They handled my issue with the utmost professionalism and a courteous manner, which was truly exceptional. I am incredibly impressed with the level of customer service I experienced during my recent interaction with this company. The entire team which I interacted with was attentive, and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I would like to express my gratitude for the outstanding customer service. They were prompt in their responses, showed empathy towards my concerns, and resolved my issues efficiently. I purchased X6 liters of assorted liquid juice on the 9th of December 2021 at Checkers Mall of Africa and started experiencing excruciating stomach pain and diarrhea without knowing that this whole time is busy drinking a rotten/ moldy juice until I open two more of the juices and pour it on the glass, only to get a shock of my life by what came out of the juice. I went back to the grocery store and was referred to Pioneer Food for further assistance 'thus resolutely, furnishing them with all the necessary proof, I sent my first email on the 16th of December 2021 and numerous emails thereafter and contacted their office, to date with no luck or positive response concerning this complaint.
