I booked flights and funds were deducted from my bank account but the booking was not completed and thus I didn’t receive the flight ticket yet the funds are with Kenya Airways! I haven’t been assisted since Tuesday and I called, WhatsApped and now sent an email but no urgent action is being shown instead I’m met with revolting attitude, consultant dropped a call while I was talking and said they can’t prove how true my statement is and referred me to go look for help in the website. It is very disappointing for such a big organisation to have such unprofessional service and still be met with nonchalant attitude when I have paid but didn’t get the service I paid for!
Sanlam keeps debiting my account monthly everytime salary comes into my account and when I try call the number is either not correct or there’s not answer and the instructions are in Afrikaans which I don’t understand. I sent emails and complained here before but there’s nothing still. How do I get them to stop the fraudulent act?
My grand mother broke her wrist when she fell at the ANCA Chicken Store East London. She was working in at ANCA chicken and she tripped and fell, she was not assisted by any of the staff nor did they ask what happened as they saw what happened but didn’t care to enquire if she is ok. She had to see a doctor and realised that her wrist is broken due to the negligence in health and safety of the organisation, putting customers at risk and not showing concern.
