Pity I can't give them 0 stars. I REALLY should have done due diligence and checked their reviews before I hired them. They came, looked at my fridge, regassed, and it stopped working a day after they were there. Called and whatsapp multiple times and they say they will come but DON'T think I'm gonna take em to the small claims court just because!
Lodged a complaint with Mweb as my mom's Internet has been down for 3 days. It has been escalated to Vumatel technicians, but nothing has happened!!! Very frustrating because my folks are in a Retirment home and their sim cards don't work there. The only contact we have is through having WIFI. CMON guys, work your magic here my mother has to go to the office to get Wi-Fi and my dad has Alzheimer's so it's really difficult to leave him alone.

The experience was fairly good, until my container arrived. There was some damage to the table and sideboard. No problem, I took comprehensive insurance. When I contacted them that's when all the problems started, they couldn't find my insurance manifest and they pushed me from pillar to post. After spending ages trying to get my claim sorted it NEVER WAS. Very sad ending. If you use these guys please remember that you WONT get the support you expect. I should have gone with a more professional service. Ah well, let the buyer beware....
VERY slack service, I understand that the load shedding must have an adverse affect, but it still feels like VUMATEL has just given up. My parents live in an old age home and they have been without internet for 5 days now. Little action from MWEB and less action from VUMATEL. My parents sim cards don't connect in the home and the ONLY contact they have with me and emergency services comes from WHATSAPP and Internet connectivity. If i could bill for the amount of hours I have spent on the line trying to get resolution, I would be an exceptionally wealthy person....
With some trepidation, after reading a variety of reviews, I decided to take the plunge and use renewonline.co.za. Creating the online profile was ok , not too difficult. I added the car, added all the required info and clicked on 'renew license'. Paid and then...stressed. BUT, they were fantastic, I sent an email and the responded quickly, and within 2 days, the license disk was delivered to my pre set up delivery address. BRILLIANT, EASY AND they were AWESOME. Without a doubt I will use their service going forward. I was beyond impressed. TRY them, I am out of the country and this was such an easy and brilliant solution to what could have been a sticky situation!!!!!!
