5 months later, still no spare key from Haval Northcliff
Dishonest & poor service. DO NOT BUY FROM HAVAL NORTHCLIFF. 5 months since I bought my vehicle and still don’t have my spare key. Despite repeated promises from Ronald Jones, nothing has been resolved. I'm at the stage where the manager "Gareth" ignores my messages and doesn’t answer my calls, which shows how poor their after-sales service is. I also emailed my complaint to the dealer principal and supergroup - NO REPLY.0 replies
