My heart is really heavy, am supposed to be paying R199.00 for my wife but MTN KEEPS DEBITING R621.55 FROM MY ACCOUNT. BEEN TO THE STORE, EVERYONE I MEET KEEPS DOING THE SAME THING OTHERS HAVE BEEN DOING SAME REQUEST GOES TO SHOW ITS NOT HANDLED. ITS BEEN HAPPENING FOR 6 MONTHS NOW. PLEASE HELP ME

I bought shoes for R280.00 on the 22nd of Feb, planning to use them on my birthday. They acknowledged my payment and which outline i prefer to collect my shoes from. I keep tracking down my order no one responds via whatsup nor Insta. Its over a month now and no one is communicating or following up. Its like am talking to a plain wall. Please help
