Personally they are always helpful on a personal level , they do try thier level best to keep thier residents at peace

I have been without internet since Tuesday 5pm when I got back from work , I had spent a straight 6 hours calling thier call centre , where agents are RUDE , Hanging up calls and most unhelpful, I have made over 32 calls to Telkom in a space of 3 days wi
I have been without internet since Tuesday 5pm when I got back from work , I had spent a straight 6 hours calling thier call centre , where agents are RUDE , Hanging up calls and most unhelpful, I have made over 32 calls to Telkom in a space of 3 days with no help.in sight , they refuse to transfer your to a manager or a supervisor , when I eventually got hold of the supercisors he had promised to call me back at 5pm on Friday evening , which of course he forgot until I had called him to remind him , with another attempt to reset my router , which obviously failed again they had reopened the ticket which they conveniently closed up and said " an agent will get back to you " I have never in my entire life experienced such Rude , unprofessional, lying , deceitful agents whos names change magically when you start asking hard questions . I am no technician but I would have thought to just send out a tech would have saved them from losing a loyal customer who has put up with thier disrespectful ways of solving an issue , my question is , who is going to pay my telephone bills ? If I had to work from home , would they have explained this to my managers ? And to make matters worse I am recovering from a heart attack to be greeted by un sympathetic telkom employees, they force you to be rude in return which is not in my nature . Also why are they Still working remotely if all companies have gone back to normal ???? . Is it so they can throw the calls down in a customer's ears , don't give thier proper names , no call recordings ?? How do I escalate this to the highest level and who do I speak to about my bill that they will very easily take out of my account for such putrate service ? I am beyond, livid , upset , dismayed , disappointed...I am appalled at thier behaviour of no accountability and disregard for paying customers !!! PLEASE HELP !!!
