Very unhappy customer

We placed a big order with this business in January. When the order was placed we were rold that it would take 3 weeks for delivery. After six weeks we still didn't receive any of our products. The delivery date was moved multiple times and we were asked to pay even more after we have already payed the quite large deposit. After this some of the products were not as we requested or approved as she just decided that according to her it would not work. Our envelope box was suppose to have a perspex fron with writing on. When we got a photo the words was not straight, we asked for it to be fixed and all she did was take out the perspex and glue it on crooked on the inside so that the words will be straight. The keychains we ordered with our guests names where spelled wrong and others where completely left out. Besides this they were sticky at the back. We had to have other keychains made as the ones we received could not be used (these were made in less than a week and was great quality). Products where poorly made and we had to wait until the week of our wedding to receive the products. We needed to get a lawyer to get the products that we payed for. The services was unprofessional and way less then acceptable. Rather use a different company as they wil moet likely keep their promises and deliver a good quality product on time.
