I suppose I need to write-off the money I spent here... Ordered 03.12.25 still no delivery by 14.01.26. Tracking shows parcel arrived in country 15.12.25, handed over to Last Mile Logistics 24.12.25 and has been "In Transit" since 29.12.25. The company is taking no accountability for non-delivery of the products already paid for. And now they tell me to check with local Post Office - after selecting courier service and been given "courier company" tracking... No ways, **** ALERT!!!!! This is **** service, I will never trust this company enough to buy again.
OK Nedbank, you've officially chased me away with this frustrating inconvenience. Cannot purchase Forex on banking app! What is going on, am I in a time warp? 1. How can this be so complicated - using the app to purchase Forex from my current account loading onto my (ACTIVE) travel card... which I have done before. 2. How does no-one know why the app is charging me R148.45 for 1 EURO - R19.45 plus commission R129 = transaction fee for 1 EURO = R148.45!! 3. I am bounced from call center, to external person(Caryn), back to call center. 4. Caryn (external source) confirms buy rate is R19.39 - cannot explain app offer. 5. Call center. I request the matter be escalated to management, of course no manager will avail themselves. 6. Call center agent (Sicelo) mails an application template. BYE! In case you've forgotten... R148.45 for ONE EURO - no explanation
