Really bad service and no assistance or willingness to help
These guys are dishonest and *************, they sold me a jetski which was delivered with holes in the hull and would have sunk if launched in water. They then told me to repair it and they would reimburse me which they never did. After many calls they kept promising that they would reimburse the funds but never did and continue to make up excuses as to why they are delaying the payment which is a fraction of what the jetski cost.
Been trying to cancel my account for months now as have sold my vehicle. They make it almost impossible to cancel and keep harassing you for payment. Would be very happy to settle and cancel but no response on email or when you try and call them it just rings.
Why does Safair still insist on disembarking 4 rows at a time, Covid is over just let people get up and leave.
I have a contract with Vodacom which I have had for over 10years. I recently tried to renew it in Dec 2021. I first went into a Vodacom store and they told me they had no stock of the phone I wanted but told me to go online as they have stock online. I renewed my contract online and they told me stock was available and my phone would be delivered soon. I have since phoned the Vodacom service desk at least 30 times. They tell me that my phone has been invoiced from the warehouse so there is nothing that I can do, the phone hasn’t been dispatched yet but because it’s been invoiced they can’t help. I then tried to go into a Vodacom store to see if they could renew my contract, they now have the phones in stock but can’t cancel my online renewal. This has been going on for 3 months with still no resolution and every time I call Vodacom service desk someone promises me they will assist me but they NEVER call back or FOLLOW UP. I call back and get the same answers. I’ve even asked to speak with the managers or the service desk and they are equally unhelpful with further promises of I will call you back and we will cancel the renewal so you can go into a store and renew if there but again nothing happens, no follow up phone call…… nothing. The level of service is shocking. This is an existing customer who is just looking to renew there contract but it seems the incompetence within Vodacom cannot provide this simple service.
