I booked an online appointment for 4:30 pm. I got there at 4:12pm and the receptionist told me the lady just left. What’s the point of saying you close at 5:00pm if everyone is going to be gone by 4pm ? While I was standing outside my reminder for my appointment email popped up 🙄. So disappointed because I rushed from work and spent money to get there just for that to be my experience. No one even bothers to call and let a person know.
I love coming to this place especially because it’s close to my house but I’ve witnessed this now 3 times I’ve been there recently. I had a waiter who was very rude to a few of my friends that I was with, we asked questions nicely or jokingly and this man replies with the rudest response with the rudest attitude, he forgot my drink but I saw him write it down and I ordered first. When it was time to pay, we split the bill and left a tip that we felt was appropriate for his service ( after the rudeness we still left a tip) and he had the audacity to stop at the last person to pay and basically stop us from paying our bill because he DEMANDED that he get more, mind you we teens and young adults ( maybe that’s why he didn’t respect us ) but he would not let us pay our bill until he got a biggger tip and this isn’t the first time and it’s with a different person, it really spoils our mood, the waiters are ruining it for you. I feel like they need to have a discussion with the waiters because we really felt harassed and like we had no choice :(
Lovely quiet place, it’s aesthetically pleasing and peaceful. Lovely service, portions are generous for their price considering it’s in Parkhurst. Great value for money 👌🏽

I used my points on the McDonald's app to redeem the "4 piece nuggets reward" for 3000 points, but when I got into the car, I noticed that the reward had been redeemed twice, resulting in a 6000 point deduction on my account. I returned to the store to resolve this issue, but was told that I needed to do it through the app by contacting the support team, which I did. However, after a week of no response and then a reply stating the "How to Redeem Points" copy-paste message, I have received no assistance or support from McDonald's or their teams.
I’m writing to complain about a charges I got that should be very impossible because I live here and I know how it works. I received an almost impossible charge this morning and on the 25th to 26th of June ‘22. Firstly I loaded electricity on the 24th of June ‘22 ,R50 and that lasts us about 3-4 days because we shower and cook somewhere else. But it was finished by the 26th and just a sudden drop at that which can’t be true, as I said we don’t use much water or electricity. Then I bought another R50 on the 26th of June 22 only to wake up the next morning and have it at *-R50 something which again NO WAYS no tap is leaking , no pipes are burst and even if a pipe is burst outside somewhere that should not be my responsibility as I live in a complex. I am sooo disappointed and as i mentioned on a hello Peter comment this isn’t the first time, I’m just very angry right now because I do not have the money to be played with like this, these chargers are not my chargers, can someone please fix This like today, I need my credit back and more because of this inconvenience. I had to pay R100 (cause of the -50) now just to get my R50 units which shouldn’t have been gone in the first place. The other time this nonsense happened was when I ran out of units so I bought for R60 and instead of it being credited it deducted so it went from R0 to -R60 ??? Then I had to buy units for R100 and got only R40 worth because of a stupid deduction which makes no sense at all. I’m really looking to send investigators into this place because a lot of other people are having the same complaints as well. Coincidence or Suspiciousness? I stay in stone arch estate , Germiston Village 7 unit 30 (My information for this problem to be rectified like asap) Please and Thank you Unhappy client S.williams
I swear I would give it a 0 if I could. I went to the mugg and bean in Rosebank mall And the service was terrible. I ordered some crumbed chicken thing and it was sooo burnt, i dont even know how they let it out the kitchen. Then I sent it back and 20mins later they come tell me I need to order something else because the ingredients for that are out of stock ?. Anyways everyone’s food took forever to come, they forgot sauces that come with the meals and they don’t even explain what’s the delay, on top of that the other waitresses gossiped about us as we were leaving the restaurant as if we couldn’t hear them. I’m sooo disappointed because I love mugg and bean but the rosebank mall branch put me completely off, and it’s in such a posh area, how can they give such ****ty service. After all those inconveniences they didn’t even offer us anything to say sorry for this service. It was just awful, and I’m not one to complain or even send food back.
