STUPID PLACE
I want to log a complaint against Doornpoort Health Care clinic as well as the Tshwane District hospital. My mom went to Doornpoort health care clinic yesterday. She fell about a week ago and has severe pain in her knee. She is also complaining about large bumps in her stomach. The nurses at Doornpoort health care clinic send her home with Ponado and Brufen.... She had to ask them to refer her to Tshwane hospital. When she went in this morning they were no help. She didn't know where to go. She tried to ask someone to help her. And the nurses were rude to her. They told her to sit down and shutup, again she left not getting any help. South Africa has free health care for the people who really need it, and in my own opinion it is up to ****. How do we get help if that is what is going on. Four years ago we had the same experience where they told my other mom that she has high blood pressure after complaining that she has had heavy blood flow for two months straight. They were also rude and sent her home with blood pressure pills and Ponado for the pain. not even doing all the tests. 5 Months later she died of Stage 4 Womb cancer. No we have to go through all of this again because of incompetent staff. This is scary how our land is going backwards and the complaints is just pushed under a carpet.

Bad owner!!!!
My sister and her husband came Visiting from America. We we recommended they use La Perna Lodge for there visit for 10 Days. The owner informed us that we can have guest over to enjoy the swimming pool area. On Sunday 8 January 2023 we went there to take the little ones for a swim. There was a birthday party. We were not informed about it by anyone. The Manager were called to remove us. We spoke to the owner about it, But she was super rude to us. We immediately packed up all our stuff and informed our friends that will also be using this place to rather go to another place. I have never heard an owner treating her guests like they don't belong. We will not be using this place ever again. We have spent a lot of money using this place as well as spending lots of time at the diner to entertain the little ones. This was a super bad experience. Will not ever recommend this place to anyone. The owner does not care about her guests at all. If we were notified about the function and were handled with more respect we would've stayed and not complain.

PEP Kolonnade Retail Park! Rude service!
I was at PEP at the kolonnade retail park in Pretoria, Gauteng. I was there to get some of their soft onesies for my three year old son. I couldn't find the Paw Patrol ones and decided to ask for some help. The lady that I decided to ask was taking chips off the shelves. I then asked her very politely, but she was extremally rude. I through the clothes that I picked for my son on a shelve and decided to leave. I will not be going back there. This wasn't the first incident. The staff there doesn't help and is rude most of the time!
