Misleading Stock on Site
Ordered an alumnium profile for in-store collection, and when I got there it was out of stock. Did get a refund with a 10% discount, and ordered the same part again, after the site showed that there were availble fo delivery, only to receive a call saying that they do not have stock. Very unprofessional to have the website indicate stock availability and then not be able to provide. After the call, I checked the site again, and still 5 availvalble for delivery and 1 for in-store collection.

Amazing service! Bought a Gentech generator from them. At first I was sceptical as I could not find the specific generator in stock anywhere else, and because their prices are SO GOOD! They stayed open after closing time to help us. Had loads of questions before and after purchase, and they answered them all. I can highly recommend Brandroid (and Top Dog Tool Shop). Definitely customers for life.
