DO NOT USE KEVLO HOLDINGS FOR YOUR DOORS.

Do not use this Company. They are totally unpleasant and they will lie to you continuously. 18 Feb: Payed for my door. I was told it would take 7-8 working days. That was a lie. 08 March: I followed up with them and ask for a refund because they didn't do what they promised. Kevin refused and told me that the door had already gone into production. It would take 12 working days. 17 March: I followed up again and asked Kevin if everything was on schedule. He said he would have a progress report in the morning of the 18th. I never heard from him. 25March: He doesn't have the decency to greet. He just send a message saying "will install on Tuesday " 29March: I sent a whatsapp asking what time he will be coming. No response from him. 13h00: He sent a whatsapp message telling me his installer had a breakdown. 15h51: I asked when the installation was happening. No response from Kevin. 31 March I threatened him with Hellopeter and he said he will do the installation on Friday 1st April. 1 April: He sent a message at 07:15 asking me to take out the old gate because his guys will be here around 11 to fit the door. So I get people to completely take out the old gate so that the new one can be installed. At 10:50 He tells me that the installation will be done at 12h30. No longer around 11... After I took out my gate he send a message at 12:41 telling me that the door is not ready. He will install on Monday. Lie after lie afte lie. I have never seen such incompetence in my whole life. So when tha car broke down what was the car going to fetch if the door was never ready? Do not use this company. You will regret it!!!
