Kevin is a scmer, in the beginning he will attend to yiu until you pay money in his account then the problem starts... He will not answer calls and respond to messages. He uses cheap material on projects and takes time to finish... My house is still undone after paying over R100K for thr service I asked for.

Kevin is a ****-stay away from him
Kevin is a ****. Stay away from him. Prior to starting your project he is the best person ever but upon receipt of money to his bank account, one has to constantly call and run after him. He uses cheap quality material on paint and outsources builders then underpays them. He usually targets foreigners so he can manipulate them. Worst decision I took to give him business. I have been running after him for 2 or more years to come finish his projects.

no delivery for paid service
Kevlo door and Automation The worst service ever. Paid for a remote gate installation on the 20th March 2023. The came to do installation on the 24th March but there was a fault with the unit. Since then every week they promise to com through to do the installation. They don't even call you to give an update. I sent a request for a refund on the 13th April but received no response. I called again on the 18th April and Kevin told me that they would be there in the afternoon or on the 19th April. On the 19th April when they did not arrive I called Kevin and was advise that they will be came through on the 21 April in the morning as I requested. Today is the 21 April and still no show, no answer on my calls or whatsapp. I am really tired of this now. I just want my money back.

no delivery for paid service
Kevlo door and Automation The worst service ever. Paid for a remote gate installation on the 20th March 2023. The came to do installation on the 24th March but there was a fault with the unit. Since then every week they promise to com through to do the installation. They don't even call you to give an update. I sent a request for a refund on the 13th April but received no response. I called again on the 18th April and Kevin told me that they would be there in the afternoon or on the 19th April. On the 19th April when they did not arrive I called Kevin and was advise that they will be came through on the 21 April in the morning as I requested. Today is the 21 April and still no show, no answer on my calls or whatsapp. I am really tired of this now. I just want my money back.

DO NOT USE KEVLO HOLDINGS FOR YOUR DOORS.
Do not use this Company. They are totally unpleasant and they will lie to you continuously. 18 Feb: Payed for my door. I was told it would take 7-8 working days. That was a lie. 08 March: I followed up with them and ask for a refund because they didn't do what they promised. Kevin refused and told me that the door had already gone into production. It would take 12 working days. 17 March: I followed up again and asked Kevin if everything was on schedule. He said he would have a progress report in the morning of the 18th. I never heard from him. 25March: He doesn't have the decency to greet. He just send a message saying "will install on Tuesday " 29March: I sent a whatsapp asking what time he will be coming. No response from him. 13h00: He sent a whatsapp message telling me his installer had a breakdown. 15h51: I asked when the installation was happening. No response from Kevin. 31 March I threatened him with Hellopeter and he said he will do the installation on Friday 1st April. 1 April: He sent a message at 07:15 asking me to take out the old gate because his guys will be here around 11 to fit the door. So I get people to completely take out the old gate so that the new one can be installed. At 10:50 He tells me that the installation will be done at 12h30. No longer around 11... After I took out my gate he send a message at 12:41 telling me that the door is not ready. He will install on Monday. Lie after lie afte lie. I have never seen such incompetence in my whole life. So when tha car broke down what was the car going to fetch if the door was never ready? Do not use this company. You will regret it!!!

Do Not Use Kevlo Doors!!!
Been waiting for almost 2 years for Kevlo doors to complete my installation on Garage doors for 3 homes, a total of 7 Garage doors. Only 1 house was completed but due to Snags they were supposed to return and finish the job but never did. Kevin does not answer his phone and when we get a hold of him he makes false promises, is ****y over the phone and never shows up. Monies were paid in full upfront and services were never rendered complete. We had finally made arrangements again today on the 28th January 2022 to meet but he was a no show.

Garage doors
Hello would you please assist me with Kevlo door, i deposited 2 garage and now when i want to pay off does doors so that they come and install them they telling me that the prices went up.I requested refund from last year till now i am still waiting for my money.

Kevlo doors! on point professional
Kevlo doors is on point proffessional. I called them on a thursday morning to ask for their service. I chose the door design and got my quote through whatsapp. I deposited money that same thursday night, by midday the following day my door was installed... Not a single glitch. Very professional about business!
