I WENT TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED STORE YESTERDAY TO BUY ALLUMINIUM WINDOWS I STOOD IN THE SECTION FOR A WHILE THEN APPROACHED A TELLER,SHE JUST LOOKED AT ME AND CONTINUED WITH A CONVERSATION WITH A COLEAGUE I JUST LOOKED AT THEM AND LEFT.THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS STORE
I WENT TO PICK N PAY WONDERPARK MALL ON SATURDAY THERE WAS A WOMAN DOING A PROMOTION ON COCA COLA,ON THE SHELFS THERE WAS NO COKE LIGHT SHE WENT AND GOT IT FOR ME IN THE FRIDGE I WAS SO SHOCKED BECAUSE OTHERS DONT DO WHAT SHE DID. HER NAME IS kHENSANI MATHE BIG UP FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a tombstone in June and i was promised that it will be installed IN 6-8 weeks time, but nothing has happened since last time i was told i need to be at the cemetery as they are coming start i waited till 15:00 and no one came i'm so dissppointed with their service
I have an account with John Craig and the service I am getting from the Greenstone store is excellent, I would not buy form any other store because of the manner in which they treat me big up to the crew at John Craig Greenstone.
i received a voucher on the 19th of May which is my birthday the vouchers was to expire on the 31st of May,on Saturday i went to Edgars Birch Acres Mall and i was told i cant use the voucher as the system has been off line since the lockdown but what i don't understand is that the voucher was sent during lockdown and no further explanation was given but my biggest problem was the attitude.What i decided to do was to close my account because they did not seem to care,i expected the lady that was assisting me to call the Manager but it never happened i think going forward this store will close if Edcon does not take action as i have had a bad experience previously in the same store more customers will close their accounts if they get the same kind of treatment i got.
i needed help with my account and to apply for a loan and this lady from the branch Viwe was so helpful and professional we need more people like her,people who know and understand their product.
I WENT TO THE STORE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT,I WAS ASSISTED BY ELTON WHAT A GENTLEMEN BUT WHILE HE WAS ASSISTING ME RAYMOND SAID THAT HE WAS WASTING HIS TIME THIS GOT ME WORKED UP AS I AM A CUSTOMER SO HOW IS WASTING HIS TIME?I HAVE DECIDED THAT I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY SPITZ STORE,THE ONLY REASON FOR CLOSING THE ACCOUNT WAS BECAUSE I NOW HAVE THE RCS CARD THAT YOU CAN USE IN OVER 200 STORES,I DONT LIKE THE WAY RAYMOND TREATED ME.
I had a problem with my rcs card on Friday then I went to nwj in greenstone I was assisted by a lady leana in store and I must say the service was excellent with more people like her customer service can be great in our country.salute Leana.
I bought a cellphone in August last year a few months later it gave me problem then I was given a new phone,a few months later the very same thing happened key pad malfunction.I took it back again and till this day I am still waiting as a good customer that I am I don't think I deserve this kind of treatment as my account is always up to date.The branch is always blaming Mtn of which is not fair on my side as I was never informed about them when I was purchasing the phone,i have never come across such bad service.
