Kevlo door and Automation The worst service ever. Paid for a remote gate installation on the 20th March 2023. The came to do installation on the 24th March but there was a fault with the unit. Since then every week they promise to com through to do the installation. They don't even call you to give an update. I sent a request for a refund on the 13th April but received no response. I called again on the 18th April and Kevin told me that they would be there in the afternoon or on the 19th April. On the 19th April when they did not arrive I called Kevin and was advise that they will be came through on the 21 April in the morning as I requested. Today is the 21 April and still no show, no answer on my calls or whatsapp. I am really tired of this now. I just want my money back.
