Kevlo door and Automation The worst service ever. Paid for a remote gate installation on the 20th March 2023. The came to do installation on the 24th March but there was a fault with the unit. Since then every week they promise to com through to do the installation. They don't even call you to give an update. I sent a request for a refund on the 13th April but received no response. I called again on the 18th April and Kevin told me that they would be there in the afternoon or on the 19th April. On the 19th April when they did not arrive I called Kevin and was advise that they will be came through on the 21 April in the morning as I requested. Today is the 21 April and still no show, no answer on my calls or whatsapp. I am really tired of this now. I just want my money back.
Today was one of my worst experience at Leroy Merlin.I have been going to Leroy Merlin Boksburg for the past couple of months on a regular basis due to my building project and today was just beyond anything else which left me very emotional. On thr 1 October I order a few cuts of chipboard and I was informed it will be available on the 6th October 2022. The guy that works in the workshop called me on the 2nd October because he just wanted to make sure that I will collect on 2nd October,I told him i might not make it for Thursday due to work by i will diffently collect Saturday morning. On Saturday 8 October i went to collection for my order,the guy then said its not at collections but he will go to the workshop to collect it,to my surprise he come back and told be that it is not ready I should go there. I went there and was assisted by a young black lady she confirmed that they only started with my order now. I told her I cant wait because I hired a bakkie and still need to go to Kempton Park for another pick up. She then called the duty manager a young white male with reflector jacket could not see his name.He told me that there is nothing he can do but try to deliver it my Monday. I told him that I need the material because the guy doing the installation was booked for the 9th October and he will only be available again in two weeks time,again He said theres nothing he can do,so I asked if I booked the transport service again for the 9 October are they willing to cover the cost of R500 he said no.the offered me a R110 off my invoice cost which i rejected. Then he said "then we can cancel you order" i mean what kind of service is that. I am really disappointed
Good day I called customer service on the 11 April and spoke to Moshleka because I received an email saying that I ordered a fridge. I did not order a fridge and requested for the order to be cancelled, account blocked and a copy of the recording. I have not received any feedback from homechoice. I called again on the 16 April an spoke to Mpho because I received an sms that the fridge was delivered on the 15 April. She transferred me to the fraud department with no luck as no one answered. I called back 021 680 1082 again no one answered. I called today again 20 April and still no one is answering on 021 680 1082 and this is the number I got from customer service.
