I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Pablos Land Rover Parts, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I paid R5,500 for a compressor clutch for my Range Rover Evoque's air conditioning, and the whole ordeal has left me deeply unsatisfied. To begin with, the part I received was faulty, and it resulted in three days of unnecessary work, frustration, and financial loss. Not only did I have to go back and forth trying to figure out why the part wasn't working, but I also lost R600 in diesel, R750 in labor costs, and an additional R600 in diagnosing the defective part – all due to Pablos Land Rover Parts' negligence. What's even more infuriating is that when I reached out to the person named Pablo, who is supposedly in charge, he not only failed to take responsibility but also refused to refund my hard-earned money. This lack of accountability is appalling and has cost me a total of R7,630, excluding the courier fees. It's clear that Pablos Land Rover Parts is selling damaged Land Rover parts, and they seem to have no qualms about leaving their customers stranded with faulty components. If I could give no stars on this rating, I would! My partner and I paid upfront for a two-year gym contract at the Waterfall Fit24 KZN. The gym just closed down without providing any notice to their clients or getting in contact with them regarding refunds! After weeks of emails and weeks of being ignored on emails and having to phone all the surrounding gyms to complain about not having access to a head office, A partial amount was repaid! Apart from that, when I did raise my concern, I was informed that the "money" they paid back was actually calculated incorrectly and they still owed me some money a total of R81, with their calculations being wrong it was not just the R81 still owed (which no one paid to me anyway after admitting they still owe me the R81), there was an amount of R826 including the R81 that is still owed to us and no one has paid it back!! The contract was frozen for 3 months at two different times within the year 2021 due to injury, therefore extending our 2 years by 6 months and agreed upon by fit24, they only paid out one 3 months extension and not the remainder 3 months! This is not acceptable and presents poor service to their clients after a commitment has been made and adjusted! I will not recommend this gym to any other individual-it shows how one operation can affect the rest's names too! if my emails remain being ignored and no outstanding refund is paid to me, I will continue giving bad reviews wherever I see FIT24!
