⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service at Pablos Land Rover, Pretoria! I’m honestly blown away by the incredible experience I had at Pablos Land Rover in Pretoria. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth, smiles, and genuine care. Every single person I encountered — from the security guard, the cleaning staff, the front office team, the back office, the mechanics, and right up to the owner himself — treated me with respect and kindness. I initially came in for one specific issue, but to my surprise, the team noticed something else that needed attention and fixed it at no extra cost! That kind of integrity and customer care is rare to find these days. And to top it all off, my car, which I brought in looking dusty and tired, came back to me spotless and shining like new. That small gesture spoke volumes about the pride they take in their work. A huge thank you to Pablo (the owner) for creating a culture of excellence, humility, and genuine service. It’s clear that these values start from the top and flow through the entire team.a special shout out to Wayne and Thembinkosi wow those 2 gentlemen are amazing great attitude and dedication. Don't ever buy anything from these bunch of ******, they will sell anything to you. I asked for 2018 and I was promised the correct instrument cluster was sent, but when I received it was incorrect year early 2016 so it wasn't compatible. Now they say I have damaged cluster by just plugging in but car won't start unless it's programmed and not will it program either as it's not compatible year. Now there's stories on stories, won't even do exchange or refund, so please guys be careful and don't burn your fingers like I did. I see there are very bad reviews wish i checked here first before dealing ❤️1

Don't ever buy anything from these bunch of ******, they will sell anything to you. ABSOLUTE ********S. i purchased a module for a evoque for R6000, they stated if it doesnt work bring it back we will exchange it, we went to approved workshop they stated its a dead unit, i went back to return it they say SORRY nothing they can do i must loose the money and will not exchange it. Please do not deal with them as they have zero business or word ethics. Rather burn your cash or pay more, but dont deal with these live for the day ******.

These people are not transparent with their car parts we know it is second hand but they have sales staff that sit like dolls they don't know what they are selling and they not acting in the consumer act when you biy a part they supposed to check the part before selling it beware of these people and company they don't exchange part and they have a lot of lies and stories

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I purchased a head light for R30 000 from these people for a land Rover, when the light arrived all the brackets were broken and the lens was badly damaged. I have now for over 3 months been trying to get a refund from them but they keep insisting they have another light but keep dodging and diving me when it comes to sending me the light. I have never in my 15 years in the motor trade experienced such horrible service. Lebo was the salesman and Liberty who is apparently the manager is just as bad. Empty promises followed by blatant ignoring. Would highly suggest all potential buys to stay away from this establishment. If i could give ZERO stars i would

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Pablos Land Rover Parts, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I paid R5,500 for a compressor clutch for my Range Rover Evoque's air conditioning, and the whole ordeal has left me deeply unsatisfied. To begin with, the part I received was faulty, and it resulted in three days of unnecessary work, frustration, and financial loss. Not only did I have to go back and forth trying to figure out why the part wasn't working, but I also lost R600 in diesel, R750 in labor costs, and an additional R600 in diagnosing the defective part – all due to Pablos Land Rover Parts' negligence. What's even more infuriating is that when I reached out to the person named Pablo, who is supposedly in charge, he not only failed to take responsibility but also refused to refund my hard-earned money. This lack of accountability is appalling and has cost me a total of R7,630, excluding the courier fees. It's clear that Pablos Land Rover Parts is selling damaged Land Rover parts, and they seem to have no qualms about leaving their customers stranded with faulty components.
