Overcharged debit order
Very disappointed at the lack of accountability for their mistakes. They have overcharged me (almost double the agreed fee) for several months via debit order but refused to compensate me for this...I've been constantly told the matter will be escalated while another overcharged debit order goes through...I sincerely hope others become wary of their dubious business practice.
