Cancelation Department has no brains
Asked for a quote to settle only my device...paid the quoted amount and then boom they canceled my entire contract immediately moving it to prepaid. After specifically indicating its a device only settlement and phoning every 2 hours to find out if they acknowledge my email and responses. No replies were given just canceled my contract took all my data and said : Your sim is now a prepaid number. Fair to say ..I'll move all my business to MTN

No knowledge on how to aort out their own products
Please save yourself the hassle when changing vehicles. Rather get car track. Been struggling weeks just to get my new vehicles location allocated to the app. Still indicating my old vehicles location all the way. Wonder what they'll say if my car gets ****** and they track the wrong car.

STAY AWAY !
STAY AWAY PEOPLE!! As a car enthusiast I would not recommended this dealership to even my enemy . I bought a vehicle at the dealership.Upon inspection the turbo was leaking oil it was agreed that it would be fixed . O ya and if the car was listed for 150k perhaps ,be prepared to pay another 30k for a forced warranty making the actual financed price 180k . Took delivery of the car ,did not even get to 5km and the car was misfiring and all engine lights came on ,no assistance was provided at all and the car had to be driven home.The same leaks that they invoiced on "fixed" was still leaking and the car almost caught fire ,yet again no assistance was provided .The vehicle passed road worthy but the rear taillight was filled with water and the indicator light wasn't working whilst the reverse light globe was broken ..makes one wonder what contact they have with the roadworthy company.The engine mounting was also torn .The car was taken back to the dealership for a full "report" as to point fingers to myself being in the fault .Right there and then I canceled the contract and gave the car back . Do not buy a car thinking its gonna last or that they will assist with repairs ,even if the car didn't even drive 5km ....you will be made at fault trust me.
