Great gyms, terrible customer service
Signed up for Virgin Active as part of their Black Friday promotion under the premise that January and February would be free. Come first of January I get debited for the months membership. Get in contact and get told that I’d be refunded in 5 - 7 business days. Now on business day #7 and I have no feedback and do not have my money back. Pathetic.

Had the pleasure of speaking to May on iStore's Sales support line. She was friendly, efficient, had all the answers and even did me the courtesy of giving me a call back to correct something that we had discussed that was incorrect. Amazing service!

Incorrect charges not removed, 2 weeks of waiting for a manager
Been trying for 2 weeks to get an incorrect charge to my account by Nedbank for a new card removed, only to be told every time that it needs to be escalated to a manager and I will hear back in a few days. Then every time I follow up nothing has changed and the agent tells me again they're going to escalate it. Thought banks were supposed to keep your money for you, not take it away and then clam up when you ask why?
