In the event that a review is written the information must be true and malice free. The information must also be in the public interest. This has been my experience with this Company. In the event that are thinking of signing up immediately make sure that your Cashflow makes provision that by the time the order is granted you would have to accept that not all the creditors will accept their proposal. When you get feedback from this Company regarding a creditor Case law is quoted. You basically have to accept the increased proposal. Secondly negotiations with creditors are not based for example that 1 creditor will be paid long before another and more funds will be available to pay a larger creditor and accordingly, the initial offer is acceptable. You as a consumer must constantly follow matters up with this Company. Similar to other reviews you do not get assisted. I could only in the end get assistance from Careen Moloto. She assisted me with queries updates etc. You may speak to your debt counsellor once. The second time she will be too busy to assist but is not everybody busy? The Manger may answer 1 of your queries and from there none. I trust like the other reviews I read that I will not overpay the debt.
I applied for a U Loan last week. I only applied for an amount of R30K and the repayment amount would have only been R1134. I provided all paid up letters. I also provided my additional savings account from which it is clear I have saved funds. I dealt with a very helpful and professional Agent by the name of Phumzile. I also provided the letters of what is outstanding on my current obligations. The total repayment of my monthly obligations amount to R13640.This amount includes my loan and credit card payments and my clothing account and the cleaning services for my parents. Phumzile was unfortunately not in on Friday. I spoke to Bazel and Tirani. Tirani requested clearer letters. I provided same to him and Bazel. I posed the question as to what amount they have on file.He stated R110 000. I never applied for a R110 000 loan only R30K with a repayment instalment of R1134. When I phoned the company again Bazel stated they will phone me shortly. I ten phoned again and asked tospeak to Tirani. The call agent just stated the application was rejected due to affordability. Tirani did not even speak to me himself he conveyed the message through the call agent. The verification department did not even consider my savings saved, the fact that my sister contributes to the cleaning service and not even that my partner shares our expenses. The fact is my total obligations payments are R13 640. Considering my earnings rejected through affordibility. It simply does not make sense. The CEOis Mr Keshan Pillay and I wanted to send him an email. They refused toprovide same to me. If you apply kindly only deal with Phumzile and be sure your application may be rejected as it seems they are not trained in assessing affordibility. Regards, A
