On a regular base TymeBank experience Technical Difficulties! Once again on Saturday we as TymeBank customers had to go through the embarrassment of swiping our cards which kept on declining. I went to the ATM to withdraw money and my transaction was declined just to find out later the day that my money was deducted but I have received nothing! Now TymeBank want some proof from me of the transaction that did not go through - should I go through the trash to find the receipt??? From Saturday I am battling to feed my children because TymeBank have no urgency in my situation and all they can say is sorry for the inconvenience caused??? This is not acceptable at all! It's been 4 days and no feedback, TymeBank don't reply on Whatsapp messages, Messenger messages, fb comments of mine and I have phone ALL my airtime out on them... what to do next??? I have no idea!
I will not recommend this online store at all! I operated as an agent for Cathy and have ordered goods for my clients more than a year ago which I have never received... I have tried to message and phone but she just don't get back to me! I had to refund my client and due to non delivery from LLP my online business took a big knock...
