Absolultely hopeless service
So, Discovery travel has been down for 4 days now so I called them - with 3 questions. The agent (Vincent) on the travel line did not know the system was down and transferred me to the bank (Annalie) - who was at least aware that there was a problem but could not give me any information. My 2 other questions about why I was suddenly downgraded to non-priority after flying every 2nd week for at least a year through Discovery Travel and secondly why I suddenly could not see a balance of my Discovery Miles could not be answered. Absolutely hopeless service from a supposedly professional organisation. Seriosuly disappointed.

The best service in South Africa
I ordered an airfryer on-line knowing it was going to be late for a house-warming gift. It arrived on the same day I ordered. I have honestly not experienced service like this in South Africa. 2 phone calls on the day I ordered updating on the couriers estimated delivery time. So very very impressed with such exceptional service. Well done to the team.

Can't go wrong with Woodford
Once again - efficient, professional, super quick after a late arrival at Cape Town International. Will not consider using another car rental. And the most cost-efficient on top of that.

Woodford Car Rental is the best
Woodford provide the most exceptional service - I have to thank Anthony at Cape Town International Airport particularly. Not only did he stay until 22h00 on a Sunday evening but he did so with utmost professionalism and with a smile. I have used almost every rental company in the past - and my last 4 experiences with Woodford completely outstrip the competition. I will definitely be using them on all my business trips.
