After admitting that you had a problem on your billing system where hardware was not billed on the last month of my contract, but instead was billed the following month. to which a payment was made on the 15/07 you still handed me over to NuDebt. I have never missed a single payment in my life and have never had an issue like this on any account you handed me over. The service at NuDebt is shocking and this is who you handed me over to. My Telkom account shows paid up to date but NuDebt keep threatening further action and mails from them continue to come through with threats. This is absolutely shocking and in what world does a company handover clients after a mistake on your billing system???
Great Service received from Zoodle. Placed an order online, they confirmed I ordered the right size products via Whatsapp and shipped my order quickly. I have made numerous calls, sent emails, and spoken to agents on the iStore website about my application placed on 11/04 and no feedback has been given as yet. I have been promised callbacks and all I get are canned responses. Since when do clients need to chase companies to spend money with them. Why must I keep asking for updates? I called in to check if there is stock and it was confirmed there is so why the delay? Very disappointed in the service received. I have purchased iPhones, Ipads, and MacBooks for as long as i can remember and have never had bad service like I am experiencing now. iStore seriously ned to relook at how they treat longstanding clients.
Telkom continues to advertise MSI laptops that are not in stock on their website. I have placed 3 orders online and called and emailed 10213 and nobody can tell me when stock will be available. I have been waiting for the stock since the 6th of March 2022 and today I was told there is no record of any orders. All mails from 10213 I get are canned messages and nobody is escalating my queries to a manager to give me an eta on when my order will be fullfilled.
