I purchased clothing from Woolworths at Greenstone Mall on 27 May 2026. After my child wore the item the principal at her school discovered that there was a pin underneath her foot of which she was crying all morning but didn’t notice what was going on. This is extremely concerning because it shows a serious lack of quality control and poses a safety risk, especially for children. As a result: My child was injured We experienced distress and inconvenience I had to deal with the aftermath of an unsafe product I have supporting evidence including: Photos of the item and the pin Photos of the injury Proof of purchase I am requesting: A formal explanation of how this happened A proper investigation Compensation for the injury and distress caused Assurance that this will not happen again I expect Woolworths to take this matter seriously and respond urgently.
Today i was looking for a phone for my nephew and it happened that I passed the Fix . I saw this huge board saying that they are sellling an A03 core for R 1699 and a galaxy tab for R100 then I decided to walk in and asked to purchase the phone . I was told that they don’t have the phone but the huge board is still at the door attracting more customers to come in and look for a phone that “ is out of stock “ . The employees at the fix didn’t have the decency to apologise instead they laughed straight at our faces and walked away . The boats clearly indicates that it’s a promotion from the 1st of March to the 30 March but clever employees at THE FIX still have it right by the door way . I am digusted by their behaviour. They know absolutely nothing about customer service. Those are the people who work so hard to make a company collapse on its feet . I will never return to THE FIX and everyone I know will never!!!! I need answers from the head office as soon as possible I want this matter dealt with . 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡
