Don’t communicate. Increase monthly amounts and still have problems with accounts.
We have been under debt review for almost a year. After 3 months was asked to increase monthly amount, monthly amount was increased. 6 months after increase , 2 of our accounts have withdrawn from debt review and are now threatening legal action. We have had no communication from National Debt Advisors, when we do phone we get told we will be called back and still nothing.
