African Brand Architects - A very disappointing experience
The worst branding experience ever. We paid more than R48k with basically no branding and no websites as outcome. We are deeply disappointed that a company has no pride in their work. Despite asking for a meeting, we were just ignored but they did phone on month end to ask for more money. A very disappointing experience. They would not be recommended to any customer.

Terrible Customer Experience with GlueUp Platform
We bought the GlueUp Platform with huge excitement. What a disappointment! Weeks later and we still cannot even launch an Event. Their Sales Director is amazing, and their Accounts Manager lovely, but the company has a silo approach and if someone doesn't want to help, the whole machine for us as a client comes to a standstill. WOW, the lady in charge of their Training is not interested in us as a client or solving our challenges as we learn the system. Due to her unwillingness to assist us, we have paid R32k with no events to release. It is bizarre to have emails flying between people but no one takes accountability to say, "Let's help this client and solve their problem by showing them practically and walking the extra mile so that they can release an Event." Despite the fact that two of their staff are lovely and we only have good things to say about their service, overall, this is a terrible customer experience with poor customer service from their Training Division. The Paygage Platform is also not been working for 2 weeks and no Events can be released.

BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH DECODE AGENCY AND LORATO TSHENKENG
I instructed the director of Decode Agency, Lorato Tshenkeng, to design a website and our branding for our NPO. I paid him upfront donor funds of R20 000 from our NPO and he simply did not do anything. When he refused to pay back the R20 000, I issued summons against him, and obtain court judgement. I have spoken to other persons who have had similar bad experiences with him. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM AT ALL COSTS!
