The customer serice is absolutely appauling. First they tellme i am logged in in the wrong account. And the more i tell and show them i am logged in correctly the system has a glitch. The less they read and understand. Then after i show them the account they say i amloggex in does not show registeted as i changed from that nunber to this number. Then still they cant allocate my 300 voucher. Which was already paid on 00:32 1st jan.
Dear Shaylen (Ozow Customer Service Agent / Facebook Messenger ) (11 April 2022, 9:57) On behalf of the entire Well just me ( But I am sure a lot of other ACOIN site users might share my feelings on this one) , I would like to congratulate OSOW on the outstanding and exceptional customer service that they showed me, even though it was not their Service that needed to be given. Long story short. Believe me IT is a very long story with HEAPS of Emails and communication to Acoin staff previously, never have we gotten this level of service. Acoin states on their Customer support link that they are open till 11 SAST. This is the I don't even know how many times that just after 21:00 when you contact them you get this message "Thank you for reaching out to us. We will be in touch with you when we are back online. Our operating hours are from 7 am to 11 pm (SAST)" So I took a shot and Contacted OZOW as they are also one of the payment routes on the Acoin site. Shaylen listened and advised me in a very Professional non defensive manner what the correct route is to follow, and why , Even when I came at Him/her like a little Jack Russel puppy. Not once any sarcasm, One liner , Ignorance or snotty remarks. WOW like I said this agent knew from the word go I was barking up the wrong tree. But assisted me in a very professional non threatening way. Look I can go on for hours about the other staff at Acoin, but this is to compliment OZOW staff for the awesome service, and customer retention Attitude. With customer satisfaction like this one can only return to them over and over again. Please guys integrate your GO-GETTTERS attitude across the board to all the legs as after all at the end of the day. You are all enter twined and really it would be such a breath of fresh air just to contact ACOIN once and have my matter resolved in an amicable time . With an expected turnaround time. OR at the very least some kind of Operating procedure one can rely on. ACOIN please take a page from your colleagues positive attitude & service skills and implement it . I for one valued Shaylen's quick response, and fault finding as well as resolution. Not only responding, it's not our job.. Your work is important for the organization and is one of the things that keeps customer's content and with a feeling of happiness and bliss. Keep up the good work. I also received an e-mail response from your e-mail support team Linda as well - IT is now almost 23:00 (Closing time for ACOIN) and still not one response as they were closed just past 21:00 already. Thank you very much. Keep up the good work. PS: Surely if one leg works till 23:00 it would just make sense to have assistance from the other legs as well - come on this day and age.
