Terrible after sales/job repair
We had our roof and ceilings fixed in August. Our roof started to leak in October and we advised the owner Graham off this immediately (pictures was also sent) via email and whatsapp. Since the 11th of October we are unable to get hold of Graham, even though we received a warranty on the work done. Graham does not answer phone calls, messages or emails. He requested one of his workers to contact me, a week later. Since then, we have struggled for the problem to be resolved. His workers also always comes up with excuses that Graham told him not to tend to us as the moment. Like what the actual?! My husband and I will now proceed to take legal action against this company. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY WORK! The after sales and job completion is NONE existent
