SWARTZ Hair and Beauty in Phoenix Plaza is the worst salon - If you want a terrible experience GO THERE Owners of Business is very rude uses vulgar words on clients, in front of kids as well as their incompetent staff. They use cheap products and lie that its expensive, products from Shoprite and Checksave.
