These clowns can pay me R700 in loyalties a week ago but now i need a 5k payout my fica not right? their new website up tp **** - u cant deposit it says fica then it works - they paid me 2 weeks ago
So you apply for a credit card - they then say u on Debt review which u not, Then IT has blocked u and cant unblock - the manageress is useless - appoints a private banker who u never hear from and is awol. no service - no management - account closed and over priced
When you have an emergency or need a repair on units their call center and service center can communicate, don't return calls, cant spell, cant speak English. Terrible, would not recommend having a fleet of vehicles with them
I returned a Item for repairs which took just under 4 weeks to get back to me. When i received it back the Mt stick is still faulty, they refuse to replace it telling me their supplier needs to credit them first.. Surely after the first repair doesnt work its time for them to replace!!!
After battling for 6 months Home connect still wont accept responsibility for their poor service. hours of calls, emails different understandings their staff have no idea. The fact you cant speak to a supervisor is a disgrace. they cost you money then still want to charge cancellation fees poor
